Peer technical review with specific scenarios from your claimed experience. Not a recruiter screen.

Minimum three prior engagements with named references, including at least one former client or project owner.

Calibration to engagement.
We match your specific experience to the client environment. A CxE for Vertiv + ABB differs from one for Schneider + Eaton.

Client final interview.
Client always meets and approves the specialist before the engagement starts. No surprises on day one.
